The Borough of Mount Carmel is seeking bids for Building Remodeling at the Mount Carmel Public Library structure located in Mount Carmel, PA 17851. Bids for General Construction, Electrical Construction, and Mechanical Construction are specified. Bids will be tabulated, reviewed, and considered for award at the next scheduled meeting in October. Bids will be received for the following work: General Construction Electrical Construction Mechanical Construction Engineer: Catino Associates, Inc. 802 North Sixth Street Shamokin, Pennsylvania 17872 (570) 486-9396 mcatinope@gmail.com Questions concerning this project should be directed to the engineer. Copies of the bidding/contract documents may be secured by contacting the Engineer at 570-486-9396.Bidding/Contract documents are on file and may be reviewed at the office of the engineer listed above. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of not less that ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Mount Carmel. Each bid shall be irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days. The Borough of Mount Carmel reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Work under this project is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended.
