The City of La Habra Public Works/Engineering Division invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide operation and maintenance services to the landfill gas control system at Vista Grande Park. This notice, together with the following sections, comprises the Request for Proposals (RFP) for this project. Responses to the RFP must be submitted according to the instructions contained herein. All questions and/or inquiries regarding the RFP shall be submitted in writing on or before 4:00 P.M. on September 15, 2022 and directed to: Elias Saykali, P.E, Director of Public Works E-mail: esaykali@lahabraca.gov Offerors are requested to submit written statements of technical qualifications and describe in detail their proposed work plan and schedule for completing the work specified in the RFP. Offerors are required to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, and equal opportunity laws and regulations. Proposals shall be considered firm offers to enter into a contract with the City of La Habra and perform the work described in this RFP for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of submission. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals, request additional information or revisions to the proposals, and to negotiate with any or all Offerors. Any contract award shall be to a firm that submits the most comprehensive and cost-effective proposal based on the City's evaluation The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
