2022 Archbald Borough Stormwater Drainage Improvements Project. The project includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, clearing and grubbing, roadway construction, milling and overlay, bituminous curbing, installation of new stormwater structures and piping, topsoil, seeding, erosion and sedimentation control, and maintenance and protection of traffic The check for the bidding documents should be made payable to Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. The documents may be sent via Fed-Ex, upon request, with a supplied Fed-Ex account number or an additional non-refundable charge in the amount of $50.00. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, plainly marked on the outside "Stormwater Drainage Improvements Project" and mailed or delivered to Archbald Borough before the hour and date specified above.
