Renovation of a mixed-use development in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
For the Pool Dehumidification Units for the UA Little Rock Donaghey Student Center Aquatics center. Interested parties should visit portal for instructions and information. If you are unable to access the portal, you may request a copy from Tierra Hutley at tmhutley@ualr.edu. The University encourages bids from firms with a diverse workforce, including women and minority-owned firms, and Joint ventures including such firms. Delivery providers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx deliver mail to our street address on a schedule determined by each individual provider. These providers will deliver to our offices based solely on our street address. Vendors assume all risk for timely, properly submitted deliveries. Supplier must agree to furnish two (2) pool dehumidification units (including start-up assistance, first year warranty and factory-authorized representative to supervise disassembly and re- assembly as required) as described in the Request for Proposals. The University of Arkansas at Little Rock reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any formalities. This project includes new owner furnished Dehumidification Air Handlers for University of Arkansas at Little Rock Donaghey Student Center Natatorium Cut off time for Contractor Requests for Information is Tuesday, September 12th at 12:00 PM.
