Bids will be received for a single prime contract. DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY: Documents will be available on a deposit basis while supplies last. After the supply is gone, documents will be available on a non-refundable basis only. DEPOSIT will be refunded in full upon return of Construction Documents to Architect/Engineer in good condition within ten (10) days after date of Bid Opening.
