Renovation of a water / sewer project in Spicewood, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 1 Repairs and Upgrades. The Project consists of: one (1) effluent transfer pump; one (1) blower, one (1) air distribution header, aeration basin air diffusers, aeration basin RAS/WAS airlift, walkway assembly between aeration basins, walkway assembly between aeration basin and chlorine contact basin, walkway assembly at filter, recoating of chlorine contact basin, generator, and electrical improvements per the drawings and specifications. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with Power of Attorney attached or cashier s check of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid (sum of all bid items) made payable to the Lazy Nine MUD 1A. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bids received. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are $500 per calendar day. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office or designated electronic site.
