The Housing Authority of the City Of Fayette dba Fayette Housing Authority (FHA) hereby request written quotations from qualified firms, for Foundation Repairs to 1 building. The Scope of Services includes, but not necessarily limited to: one (1) Building: Foundation Stabilization and/or leveling; foundations with floating slabs; 5th Ave SW Fayette, AL; Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Each Bid/quote must include the Non-Collusive Affidavit, the Representations, Certifications and Other Statement of Bidders, signed by the bidder.This project is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, and to the regulations issued there under as set forth in 24 CFR 135. The Fayette Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
