Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility; for paving for a military facility; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of existing wood structures and construct new residential landings/decks, and to reconfigure or replace walkways, and replace clothes lines/poles/hardware for various locations within Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA). Tenders from Tenderers whose name does not appear on the official list of Tenderers who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 140 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
