Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 183,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
We will be removing the existing State Office Building and Data Center and building a New Building to House a museum, meeting spaces, and office space. New construction of an approximately 183,000 SF Granite Clad Office and Museum Building. Building- 4 Story above grade, with a basement below grade. Concrete structure with post tensions concrete floor slabs and base isolated. Garage - Two story Underground Parking Structure with Plaza above. Site - Asphalt paving, concrete paving, curb and gutters, sidewalks, granite pavers, sprinkler irrigation system and landscaping. Utility work. In Bid package #4, we will have the Concrete Foundations of the new State office building. Bid Scopes to include concrete reinforcement, waterproofing, under slab conduit and piping. In Bid package #5, we will have the complete 2 story underground parking garage and the Civil package for the entire project. Bid Scopes include earthwork, utilities, concrete reinforcement, waterproofing, interior finishes, and MEP. RFIs are due to me via e-mail on or before 9/20/2022 at 3pm. *This project has been updated for historical data and reference purposes.
