City of Sheridan, Arkansas will accept unit price bids for delivering to project site in Sheridan 2,828 feet of 24 inch SDR 26 PVC, 392 feet of 18 inch SDR26PVC & 28 feet of 8 inch SDR 26 PVC sewer main piping. All piping shall be American Made. Time is of the essence and successful bidder must deliver all PVC pipe within 20 days of contract. Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form in the specifications, payable to the City of Sheridan, Arkansas in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid as guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract if the bid is accepted. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances and regulations. The attention of the Bidder is directed to the applicable federal and state requirements and conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under this contract.
