Manitoba's objective with this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents to provide Design-Build Services for an Outdoor Secure Vehicle Entryway (Sally-Port) at the Pas Correctional Centre (TPCC), 300 Third Street East, The Pas, MB. The Proponent must utilize the design-build service delivery methodology and a full range of professional consultant and contractor services during the design and construction phases of the project. The Services are further described in, Appendix 3 - Description of Services and Appendix 4 - Scope of Work.
