The Township of Montgomery is accepting bids for the Pike Brook Sewer Lateral Rehabilitation project which includes cured-in-place lateral liners (extended 4 ft into laterals) within existing sewer pipes along portions of Ketcham Road, Koren Ln, Matthews Farm Rd, Hastings Rd, Kent Pl, and Sussex Pl. Approximate Major Pay Items Include: Cured-in-place lateral pipelining 59 EA. There are specific experience requirements for this project. Bidder shall have substantial verifiable and recent experience in the successful completion of work involving sewer rehabilitation projects in order to be considered a responsible bidder for this project. See additional qualifications requirements at Specification Section 02768-1.4.
