Work Scopes: 04 2000 Masonry 06 4023 Interior Architectural Woodwork 08 8000 Glazing All bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 and attach this information to the bid proposal. The bid proposal will be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Troy School Board or the Troy School Districts Superintendent. Also, a completed certification form as attached, for compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act is required with the bid proposal. The District will not accept a bid proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement.
