As of June 10, 2024, this project is expected to advertise for construction bids late next month. Construction could follow in fall 2024. The original solicitation is preserved below for reference. Each proposal shall include a letter of transmittal, signed by an authorized representative of the consultant/firm. This letter of transmittal must state the names of the individual(s) authorized to negotiate with the District and sign contracts on behalf of the consultant/firm. Requests for clarifications, questions and comments must be submitted in writing, via this RFP at www.p|anetbids.com; and be received by the District no later than 4:00 pm on Monday, September 12, 2022. The email subject line must be labeled; Written Questions for RFP # 22-08-001-PW. District is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been so labeled. All registered vendors (those that have downloaded the RFP or have paid for a printed copy) will be notified of any requests for information and/or changes to this RFP by the District. Such changes become an integral part of the RFP for incorporation into any contract awarded pursuant to the RFP.
