Bids may not be withdrawn or modified within 60 days after Bids are opened. The Owner's intent of award or judgment will be announced within that period. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to St. Croix County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bidders Proof of Responsibility shall be furnished upon request of the Engineer or Owner. The Owner requires Final Completion of the project on or before November 18th, 2022. St. Croix County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part, and to waive bidding informalities or irregularities, and to award the contract in the best interests of the County. The Owner may make investigations as deemed necessary to determine the qualifications and ability of the Bidders to perform the work.
