To request access to the Agency FTP site, email the Agency to request and submit the required plan holder request form. Bidders must comply with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must possess the following classification or type of contractor's license issued by the Contractors State License Board: Class A or B, California. To be qualified to bid on this Project, bidders must be registered and qualified to perform public work with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant section 1725.5 of the Labor Code. All subcontractors listed in a qualified bidder's bid as performing any portion of the work also must be registered and qualified with the Department of Industrial Relations.
