Ione Water Treatment Plant Clearwell Cover Replacement The contract documents for the Project, including the public works construction contract, instructions to bidders, bid forms, and plans and specifications, may be examined at the Agency office, with prior notice to the Agency's representative. To request access to the Agency FTP site, email the Agency to request and submit the required plan holder request form. Bidders must comply with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must possess the following classification or type of contractor's license issued by the Contractors State License Board: Class A or B, California. To be qualified to bid on this Project, bidders must be registered and qualified to perform public work with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant section 1725.5 of the Labor Code. All subcontractors listed in a qualified bidder's bid as performing any portion of the work also must be registered and qualified with the Department of Industrial Relations. Forward all questions or requests to Brandt Cook in writing at bcook@amadorwater.org, or alternately by phone (209) 257-5206, by September 27, 2022. The Agency reserves the right to reject all bids. Any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents may be rejected. The Agency may extend the time to award the Contract.
