Saline County is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking proposals for the design, construction and on-going maintenance and operation of a solar energy generating system at the Saline County Career and Technical Education Center (CTE Center Solar Energy Generating System) to be built on approximately 5 acres owned by Saline County at the Saline County Career and Technical Education Center-aline County Parcel ID 805-22300-007-(Project Site). This site is located within the Benton Utilities Service Provider) territory. The selected Respondent (Selected Respondent of the Developer) will be responsible for design, construction and on-going maintenance and operation (at least five (5) years with the option to extend after five (5) years) of the CTE Center Solar Energy Generating System during the life of the agreed upon term. Saline County will not hold a pre-proposal conference and site tour (Site Visit). However, if any Respondent would like to schedule a Site-Visit, please contact Angel Koder via Email. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
