The City of Rancho Cordova (City), Department of Public Works, is seeking the submission of bids from qualified contractors for the provision of On-Call Concrete Maintenance Services. Should a contract be executed as a result of this Request for Bids (RFB), the Contractor will be expected to perform general concrete maintenance services comprised of curb/gutter repair, sidewalk repair, and ADA access repair at various locations throughout the City as designated in this RFB. This RFB contains all of the information and documents necessary to prepare and submit a responsive bid. Bidders are cautioned to read all of the documentation provided. Bidders will be responsible for complying with all requirements identified herein. City expects any contract resulting from this RFB to be in effect for a period of three (3) years, with two (2) one (1) year options to extend the contract upon satisfactory completion of work. Deadline for Written Questions/Clarifications: September 9, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in any bid, to sit and act as sole judge of the merit and qualifications of services offered, and to accept the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City will award any agreement based on the most responsive bid, which includes the most advantageous pricing, quality, and suitability of services for the City's particular needs.
