Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fairbanks, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility; and educational facility.
The University of Alaska is seeking bids for the Butrovich Data Center Chiller Replacement project. The Work consists of replacing the Butrovich Data Center chilled water condensers and circulator pumps. Work will be performed during winter so that the existing dry coolers to remain can carry the cooling load of the Data Center during construction. Bidders are advised that the University of Alaska has a procedure for accepting alternate products or systems prior to bid opening. Acceptance of substitutions after award is limited. See Instructions to Bidders and the General Conditions. Funding for this project is available. Bid security is required to be submitted with each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Further instructions are contained within the Instructions to Bidders. The University of Alaska reserves the right to reject any or all bids, offers, or parts thereof it deems necessary, to waive any informality in the bid or offer received, and to award in the best interest of the University. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project has an estimated value range of $1,000,000 - $1,500,000.
