The town of Southbury is seeking custodial services as outlined in this RFP. The Custodial Services agreement will be a three-year period, starting November 1, 2022 to November 1, 2025. With mutual agreement, the service agreement can be extended one year. The Town of Southbury reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informality in bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town of Southbury.
