This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation to qualified and experienced proponents to submit proposals for the sewer and maintenance hole flushing, cleaning and inspection contract for the City of Niagara Falls (the "City") in support of its state of good repair program, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The term of this contract will be for three (3) years, with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one-year terms.
