The project sites are located: C-34(1156) -- on South 25 Road between East Cherry Road and East Chestnut Road, C-34(1187) on East Maple Road between South 94 Road and South 108 Road, C-34(1188) -- on West Sargent Road between Southwest 117 Road and Southwest 103, Road, C-34(1235) -- on East Hackberry Road between South 80 Road and South 66 Road, all in Gage County, Nebraska. The proj-, ect is referred to as "Gage County 2022 Culverts: C-34(1156). C-34(1187), C-34(1188), C-34(1235)" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required to fabricate and deliver the materials to construct: C-34(1156) -- triple 72" x 45' round equivalent corrugated metal pipes on a 15 skew (RHB), C-34(1187) triple 84" x 40' corrugated metal pipes on a 0 skew, C-34(1188) twin 72" x 42' corrugated metal pipes on a 0 skew, C-34(1235) --triple 72" x 41' corrugated metal pipes on a 10 skew (RHB), all with steel headwalls and wingwalls. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the County Treasurer of Gage County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, each bidder is to include an estimated time of delivery for the materials with their Bid Proposal. The desired delivery date of the materials is twelve weeks after the award of the contract. All materials shall be delivered to the respective project site. Within ten (10) days following the award of the Contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a surety bond or bonds in an amount equal to or greater than the full amount of the contract. The surety and form of the bonds are subject to acceptance by the Gage County Board of Supervisors. The Gage County Board of Supervisors re-serves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received. Award of the Con-tract will be in accordance with the County Purchasing Act's competi-tive bidding considerations as set forth in Neb.Rev.Stat. 23-3110 to 23-3114.
