Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The project scope is perform site grading and preparation as well as forming and installation of concrete for various locations on building 4200, 4201 and 4265 within the 202nd RED HORSE Squadron compound. All installation will ensure compliance with Unified Building Code requirements to include finish and drainage grading. 1.2.1. All concrete installed will be 3000 pounds per square inch rated concrete with a minimum thickness of four inches. 1.2.2. Wire mesh reinforcement will be added to forms prior to pouring and will be supported to ensure the reinforcement is centered within the structure. 1.2.3. When placed next to existing concrete, #4 dowels will be installed to ensure no concrete pad or section between joints will be without a dowel. 1.2.4. All pads adjacent to existing concrete will match the existing finished grade. 1.2.5. Estimated total installed concrete is 3800 square feet. 1.2.6. All sidewalks will be five feet wide and all mow strip will be two feet wide. 1.2.7. The pad located at the gym will be placed under the outdoor awning and around existing concrete pads under the exercise equipment. It will tie into existing sidewalk along building 4265 and is estimated to be 22 feet by 35 feet in size. 1.2.8. All washout activities from concrete suppliers will be required to be contained and removed by contractor. No concrete delivery vehicle washout residue will be released to the environment or left on site.
