Renovation of a municipal facility in Germantown, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contract Packages included in the following prime contracts: Contract Number Contract Description #1 Precast Structural Concrete (03 41 13, 03 45 00) #2 Structural Steel (05 12 00, 05 21 00 & 05 31 00) #3 Roofing (07 54 00, 07 72 00) #4 Generator (26 32 13 & 26 36 00) #5 Earthwork (31 02 00, 31 05 19, 31 10 00, 31 22 00, 31 23 16.13, 31 23 16.26, 31 23 16, 31 23 23, 31 25 00, 31 37 00 & 32 11 23) #6 Site Utilities (33 01 10.58, 33 05 61, 33 14 16, 33 31 13, 33 42 11, 33 42 13, 33 42 30 & 33 46 00) Prevailing wage rates will not be required for the work. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with contact documents and associated plans prepared by the Graef. Dated August 24, 2022. Bids shall be made on the forms furnished by the Construction Manager, Moore Construction Services, as included with the project manual. The Moore Construction Services contact is Kathryn Sullivan, telephone (414) 477-3662. Bid security shall be by a qualified surety in the form of a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, and shall be submitted with the bid. Performance Bond is requested as an alternate. The Village of Germantown reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any and all bids deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the Village's best interest. Project No - 2021-0820.02
