Renovation of a mixed-use development in Starke, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Scope of work: Building 4240 Communications portion of the remodel. Scope of work: Building 4240 Communications portion of the remodel. 2.1. Install and terminate 8 Quad drops containing 4 CAT 6 cables terminated at the outlet with CAT 6 modular jacks, each drop will be run back to the central communications room. (Identified in the attached drawing, T-101). Add 4 additional Quad drop in Bldg. 4240, Rm 106 on same wall as current drop (not identified). 2.2. Install and terminate 10 Public Address speakers inside the facility and 7 Outdoor Weatherproof Speakers (horn style) outside the facility with each speaker connected in series and home run back to the communication frame room 119. 2.3. Panduit 48 port CAT 6 Patch Panels will be used for terminating CAT 6 cables in the telecommunication rack. (Identified in the attached drawing, T-101). 2.4. There needs to be 2 audio visual drops located in this area. (Identified in the attached drawing, T-101). 2.5. Communications racks and wire management will be accomplished in a presentable and organized manner. 2.6. All cabling will be placed in the cable tray that runs along the hallway(s) and J-hooked to the stubbed conduit or approximate drop location. 2.7. All equipment will be supplied by the contractor. To include: 2.7.1. Public Address Speakers 2.7.1.1.10 ceiling mount speakers- BOGEN SM1EZ 70V or comparable speaker 2.7.1.2.7 outdoor horn style speakers- BOGEN SPT15A or comparable speaker 2.7.2. Public Address Paging Amplifier- BOGEN TPU100B or comparable Amplifier. 2.7.3. Wireless Access Points- Aruba 125 model 2.8. All equipment will be grounded to a bus bar supplied by the contractor in the communications room (Identified in the attached drawing, T-101).
