Tender documents and other information may be obtained, under Notice No. 1640791 on the electronic tendering system , at website as of September 5 2022. Obtaining the documents is subject to the conditions set out by this organization. The RIDT reserves the right not to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented to it and not to incur any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers. Only tenders submitted by contractors or suppliers, in addition to those having an establishment in Quebec, who have an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the municipality are considered. The tenderer must hold the authorizations required by the Environment Quality Act for the performance of the work provided for in this contract. In order to promote transparency in the awarding of municipal contracts, this call for tenders is subject to the contract management policy of the RIDT. Bid Bond 10% is required.
