Site work for a water / sewer project in Millcreek Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Old Perry Relief Sewer General Construction Installation of approximately 1,700 feet of 14 HDPE pipe, and 350 feet of 15 PVC gravity sewers. Bidders or vendors requesting next day or special mailing will be responsible for all mailing or shipping charges. Bidders must be on record at the issuing office as an official plan holder. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons or companies whose name and address are on record as having obtained the Contract Documents. The Work will be substantially completed prior to June 15, 2023. Each bid must be submitted on the bid form provided in the bidding documents and accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier s check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Summit Township Sewer Authority in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Contractors must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Determinations, as specified in the Contract Documents. Bids may be held by the Authority for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications for bidders prior to awarding the contract. Summit Township Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
