Site work for a civil project in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following: Removing, hauling, and disposing of up to approximately 9,200 dry tons of water treatment residual solids. All official notifications, Addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated portal. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated portal Questions must be posted to portall prior to the bid opening in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must submit a cashiers check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their proposal payable to Upper Trinity Regional Water District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, reject any or all Bids or parts of Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids, and/or waive formalities. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. The Work generalluy consists of the construction of: A concrete-lined raw water Diurnal Storage Pond, An Inlet Structure vault with raw water piping, future connection tees with blind flanges, isolation valves, and a control valve, Outlet Structure with outlet structure intakes, piping, flow meter, level instruments, isolation valves, and a control valve, Overflow/Drain Structure with drain gates, weir gates, and controls, Yard piping for inlet, bypass, outlet, drain, overflow, and Emergency Pump Station return connections, Pond access roads, lighting, and maintenance water jets. Erosion improvements at the South Emergency Storage Lake. Removal of Finished Water Pump No. 1 Relocation of existing Finished Water Pump No. 3 to Finished Water Pump No.1 slot, adding a VFD. Installation of new Finished Water Pump No. 3 that matches Pumps No. 4 and 5.
