The Delaware River Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make an award to the qualified bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the Delaware River Port Authority. Prior to the issuance of a purchase order the apparent low bidder is required to fully complete or update the Authoritys registration questionnaire in Ariba, if it has not already been completed or updated by the bidder. The apparent low bidder will have 14 business days from the date of the bid opening to complete or update their Ariba registration. If the apparent low bidder fails to complete or update its Ariba registration within 14 days of the bid opening, the bid may be deemed non-responsive and rejected by the Authority.
