Maino Construction, Designated General Contractor, seeks subcontractors for demolition and abatement of hazardous containing materials within the existing lab furnishings and equipment, demolition of existing top set base, installation of new lab equipment and furnishings (purchase by the University), roofing repair at new lab hood exhaust, core drilling for University trades, new top set base. The University will be performing the following trades: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical & Data, Painting, Purchase of All Lab Equipment and Furnishings. Subcontractors must be bondable and may be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds. 2. Bid Bond is not required. 3. Safety Record is of the utmost importance.
