The project is expected to be awarded by mid December** The project is located at the Authoritys Cold Springs Apartments in Snyder Township near Tyrone Borough, Pennsylvania. The project will consist of replacement of apartment unit stair treads. Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates are required to be paid on this job. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or portions thereof, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of fifteen (15) days subsequent to the opening of bids.
