Site work for a water / sewer project in Uhland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of installation of offsite water and wastewater line extensions and associated appurtenances to serve Prose at Buda Water and Wastewater Extension, in Buda ETJ, Hays County, Texas. This includes 2,200 linear feet of 16-inch waterline, 2,600 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch gravity wastewater lines, and a flow metering manhole with SCADA communication. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with power of attorney attached or cashier s check of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid (sum of all bid items) made payable to Alliance Realty Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company on behalf of Sunfield MUD No. 4. A Bid which, in the opinion of Owner s staff, deviates significantly from the contract Documents, and which has not been clarified through a written Addenda prior to Bid submittal deadline, shall be considered an exception to the Contract Documents and grounds for the Bid to be rejected. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bids received. Bidders should read and understand all terms and conditions contained in the Contract Documents. Contract Time is of the essence, and all work shall be completed within the number of days stated in the Contract Documents after the Notice to Proceed for Prose at Buda Water and Wastewater Extension. Bidder to submit a detailed schedule and confirm Contract Time as part of the bid.
