Bids are being accepted by the Township of Wayne for the provision of furnishing of all labor, mobilization, demobilization, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary to complete the following items: 1. Installation of one (1) new 5,000-gallon Highland Tank(R) or approved equal fireguard UL2085 AST system (5,000-gallon gasoline), including relocating underground utilities as necessary and installation of all AST- associated piping, dispensers, canopy, lighting, protective bollards, concrete pads, wiring, and applicable fuel management and monitoring systems. 2. Removal from the Site and delivery to a proper waste disposal facility of one (1) approximately 4,000-gallon Convalut(R) AST system and all associated components. 3. Removal of fuel from existing AST to be transferred to new AST. 4. Removal from the Site and delivery to a proper waste disposal facility of all components associated with the existing fuel system, including: electrical components, structural components (e.g. guard house, concrete pads, and manways), and product equipment (e.g. dead men, anchor straps, piping, pumps, dispensers, and dispenser islands), except as specifically stated to remain in contract drawings. 5. Restoration of Site work areas, including the acquisition and placement of certified clean backfill in excavated areas up to existing grade. All contracted work shall be performed in strict adherence to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. The Contractor shall unequivocally guarantee their entire work to be free from defects of material and workmanship for a one-year warranty period following acceptance of completed work by the Township of Wayne.
