In accordance with Education Code 51.784, the University of North Texas System (UNTS), subsequently referred to as the Owner, is accepting proposals and intends to enter into an agreement with a vendor(s) that specializes in the assistance of maintaining and improving the quality of the campus grounds in accordance with the terms and conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. UNTS intends to select multiple vendors as a result of this RFP. UNTS will assess the selected vendors on a rotational or qualifications basis as necessary for a given project. The selected vendor(s) may be awarded projects that are managed by UNTS or by any of its component institutions. The resulting pricing, terms and conditions shall be extended to the University of North Texas System (UNTS), the University of North Texas (UNT), the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC), University of North Texas at Dallas (UNTD) and any other institutions of higher education interested in utilizing the agreement, as allowed by the Texas Education Code.
