The City of Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking the services of a contractor lawfully engaged in New Hampshire in the practice of providing and installing building management systems (BMS) to: replace the City's current 2012 Honeywell EBI system - R500 version 2 recently updated to version 5 install a new BMS per specifications provide initial and ongoing training provide recommendations for upgrades program new BMS provide ongoing system support This agreement will cover the purchase and installation of Building Management Systems (BMS) in all relevant CITY facilities, at the CITY's discretion. All services and repairs shall be conducted by licensed and/or certified professional technicians. This agreement may include, at the CITY's sole option, other work or equipment to be performed on any HVAC or plumbing system. The cost to the CITY for other work outside of the scope of this RFP shall be negotiated on a project-by-project basis. The successful Bidder shall execute a Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price within 5 business days of the NOTICE of AWARD. Performance Bond shall be executed by the Bidder, Owner, and a Surety Company. RSA 447:16 details the bond requirements for municipal projects over $125,000.
