The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie is seeking online submissions from qualified respondents for the removal of existing signs, posts and all relevant hardware and accessories at the described location(s) and supply and install new wayfinding signs, posts, hardware and accessories which meet or exceed the specifications denoted herein. In accordance with the Town of Fort Erie's Safe Work Standard for Contractor Safety, bids will only be accepted from Contractors that have pre-qualified or have submitted the pre-qualification application prior to the submission deadline - September 28th, 2022. The Contractor MUST be safety approved prior to commencement of work. All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $10,000.00 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie. Question Deadline 09/22/2022 02:00:00 PM ET *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Tender has been cancelled. The Tender price submitted significantly exceed the funds available to complete the Goods and Services identified (estimated tender price $250,000). As a result, the Town intends to review the scope of work, identify potential scope changes and republish this solicitation at a later date.
