Financial guarantees and other requirements may be specified in the tender documents. Those who do not have the general clauses for calls for tenders, Volume II, 2003 edition of the City of Saguenay, must obtain them with the documents for this call for tenders, on SÉAO. The book of general tender clauses, Volume II, is an integral part of this tender. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract and, where applicable, whose the license is required under the Building Act (RSQ cB-1.1). The City of Saguenay does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, and will not incur any obligation whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
