King George County on behalf of the King George County Service Authority, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia and a body politic, herein referred to as KGC, desires to obtain bids for the Fairview Beach WWTP Outfall Replacement Project to be performed in accordance with the applicable requirements of the King George County Service Authority Sanitary Sewer System Standards & Specifications, the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, the Virginia Marine Resources Commission and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Virginia Erosion & Sediment Control (ECS) Laws and Regulations. This Invitation for Bids (IFB), plus the resulting contract shall be consistent with and governed by the King George County Purchasing Ordinance and has been prepared in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act.
