2022-23 Salt (Sodium Chloride), Magnesium Chloride, Deicer (Calcium Chloride), and Potassium Acetate Contract period. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the CapCOG. In bidding, vendors acknowledge and accept the requirement that a minimum of 75% of materials ordered must be delivered within 72 hours of order; the remaining delivery must occur within 48 hours of the initial delivery. CapCOG reserves the right to reject any or all bids; waive any technical defect; or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the CapCOG. Unofficial bid results will be available at a later date following the tabulation of all bids by the CapCOG staff. Vendors will be notified of the results and they will be posted on website; do not call or email the CapCOG office for results. The CapCOG Board will ratify the selected awarded bids upon receipt of all performance bonds at a future, regularly scheduled meeting, which occur the third Monday of each month.
