Pearson Rehabilitation, Global Affairs Canada, located at 125 Sussex Drive in Ottawa, ON, Canada. This is a one-step two envelope electronic submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked consultant firm who may then be invited to enter into an Agreement with BGIS. The Consultant shall furnish all necessary tools, documentation, services, administration, travel costs, all required electronic devices, PPE, all safety training and site-specific safety orientation requirements, and labour to execute the work required for the completion of commissioning activities on the terms and conditions herein and must execute such work in a careful and professional manner. The Consultant should expect to provide all associated commissioning documentation and services to complete all commissioning activities for the following systems: Intrusion Detection and Access Control Systems (IDACS), Video Intercom Systems, and Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), in line with all associated requirements outlined in Division 28. The Consultant should also expect to provide services for the complete commissioning of Division 8 - Doors, Frames and Hardware as related to IDACS entities. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, face covering and gloves. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
