Central Piedmont Community College is soliciting the services of a Commissioning Agent for the renovation of the Old ATC Building on its Central Campus in Charlotte, NC. CPCC is soliciting the services of a Commissioning Agent for the renovation of the Old ATC Building on its Central Campus in Charlotte. The building is three stories and approximately 63,000sf. Scope will include extensive renovations to convert the former the classroom/lab building to administrative offices and support spaces. The exterior precast concrete wall panels and curtain wall systems will be replaced with a new wall and window system.. The Building Envelope Commissioning Agent (BE-CxA) can be "in-house" or a consultant to the Building Commissioning Agent (CxA). Involvement will start during the design phase (starting soon) and continue through construction, occupancy and operations. In order to offer architectural, engineering, or landscape architectural services in response to this solicitation, the proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina.
