The City of Deport will receive sealed bids for Water Improvements Radio read Water Meter System Bids are invited for the several items and quantities as follows: Meters 1. 254 5/8x3/4 water meters 2. 6 - 2" meters 3. Reading Equipment - Drive by 4. Software compatible with RVS 5. Installation of meter and software 6. Replace or retrofit existing meter boxes A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety is required with each bid for those contracts that exceed $100,000. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Deport or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Deport reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Deport for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders' qualifications prior to the contract award.
