Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, taxes, materials, equipment services, permits and startup incidental and implied, to install a complete work system as designed per the attached specifications. 1. Scope of work for both facilities to include the demolition, removal, and disposal of the existing casework, fume hoods, and control center consoles excluding any flooring or ceiling materials, loose office desks, furniture, appliances, or lab equipment. Pricing is to include metal recycling and trash dumpsters during demolition activities and phased delivery and installation so as to minimize downtime of the currently operating facilities. Double-handling of material, if required to execute phased delivery, is to be included in pricing. All plumbing, electrical, mechanical work and all disconnections or re- connections thereof will be performed by others. Onsite dumpsters shall not be used. 2. Harnett Regional Water Treatment Plant Improvements Provide ICI Scientific inset Cornerstone painted steel casework as shown in Elevations 1 through 16 for the Chemistry and Operations Labs and Elevations 17 through 20 for the Operations Center on the attached WTP Casework Drawings. Pricing is to include one ICI Scientific F-100-48G5 Isolator Gen5 chemical bench fume hood with black epoxy resin work surface, white polyglass lining, chain and sprocket driven sash mechanism with a lifetime warranty, pre-piped one each gas and air remote service fixture on one side (no water or cupsink), pre-wired electrical with LED lighting and TEL-1000 airflow monitor with alarm, one 48 wide vented acid storage cabinet, and applicable ASHRAE 110 testing. Pricing to also include WaterSaver H/C water gooseneck mixing faucets and eyewash and related thermostatic mixing valve as applicable in each lab and a 128 long x 6.6 wide undercounter mounted trough sink in the Operations Lab. Pricing for WTP improvements to also include service space framing, countertop supports, finished backs and end panels, and fillers as needed for a complete assembly. Casework and fume hood colors to be selected from ICIs full range of standard painted steel casework color options. 3. Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Provide TMI Systems full overlay plastic laminate construction (AWI custom grade) for casework as shown in Elevations 1 through 6 on the attached WWTP Casework Drawings. Countertops to be 1.25 core (solid core - not built up) and contain grommets and support brackets as necessary. The removal and replacement of the cabinetry in the chemistry and operations labs at the Harnett Regional Water Treatment Plant and the South Regional Waste Water Treatment Plant Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services, incidental and implied, for the removal and disposal of the existing cabinetry and the installation of new cabinetry.
