The Program has an existing common living area that requires a renovation to create a functional single independent living space to support individuals with High Intense behaviours. This project requires a General Contractor who is qualified and experienced with a Design-Build delivery model that meets or exceed Bethesdas requirements as outlined in the document. The proponent should have proven strong communication and design skills to coordinate all the needs of the stakeholders to make this project a success.
