The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids to provide access road maintenance on State Game Lands (SGL) #29 in Cherry Grove and Watson Townships, Warren County. The scope of the project generally includes resurfacing and related work on approximately 18,000 linear feet of existing access roadway. When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents no fractions of a cent will be accepted. There will be no public tour for this project. A location map of the project area is included in the specifications. Entrance to the project area is along Hearts Content Road (SR 2022). Coordinates for the location are: 41.6769 -79.2269. Bidders are strongly encouraged to view the project area prior to submitting a bid. Bidders shall be experienced and fully capable to perform the type and extent of Work required on this project. After Bids are opened, the PA Game Commission reserves the right to request the names and contact information from at least three (3) references for projects completed within the previous three (3) years that are similar in size and scope in order to verify experience and qualifications. Reference information shall include: Project Name, Description, and Final Cost; and Reference Name, Company, Address, and Phone No. Attached to the project listing in electronic format are this Bid Notice, Project Terms and Conditions, Specifications, and applicable Drawings / Details. These documents are all part of the electronic proposal. Bids must be submitted electronically using the SRM system and must be submitted by the Bid Opening date and time listed above. A bid guarantee or bond is not required. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects in Bids and to accept or reject any part of the Bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, and all Bidders will be advised of the Bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful Bidder.
