This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a cooling tower replacement, as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for general contracting at Assiniboine Community College in Brandon, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing cooling tower, installation of new cooling tower complete with concrete pad, revisions to piping to suit new installation, connections, controls, and electrical. Work site location will be occupied during construction. All questions are to be submitted via email to the RFP Contact at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP, except registration for the site visit. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal.
