Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project (370-201) consists of constructing an 11MGD water booster station along the northern portion of Centreport Parkway in the vicinity of Aviation Way. This pumping station is necessary to convey water to the 370 Pressure Zone as water demands increase through the planning period. This pumping station will serve the pressure zone as well as convey emergency water needed in the northern part of the County in the event of water system failures. Pro Rata Funded: Garrisonville 72%, Central 28% Project Code - UFW013 This project is in included in the Stafford County FY 2023 - 2032 Adopted Capital Improvement Program. As of September 7, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
