Scope of work DSMP Document Review and Revision (Editing) o The document review shall include: o identifying gaps in the document o identifying opportunities to improve clarity through the use of visual elements such as figures, tables or flow charts, and o establishing a plan to address the gaps and opportunities for visual elements in collaboration with WIOB staff. o Revisions must: o eliminate or minimize repetition and duplication, and correct inconsistencies in language and/or content, o comply with the requirements identified in the Water (Ministerial) Regulation and Alberta Dam and Canal Safety Directive as well as the requirements identified in applicable industry best practices including Canadian Dam Association Dam Safety Guidelines and bulletins, o include additional visual elements in collaboration with WIOB staff. o address known gaps and comments in collaboration with WIOB staff. o The revised document must be concise to clearly communicate the standards of the program to WIOB staff. o The revised document must conform to the structure and format of a standards document.
