BID SECURITY Bidder shall submit a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Savings and Loan Secured Check, or irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a financial institution for ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount plus additive alternates. Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% CONTRACT TIME A. Schedule and perform work to achieve Substantial Completion within 180 consecutive calendar days following Notice to Proceed. B. Achieve Final Completion within 45 days following the date of Substantial Completion.
